Optimise your fermentation process from harvest to bottling with Q-Wine
Last updated: 09th October, 2023
Australian winemakers can now accurately and efficiently optimise the fermentation process from harvest to bottling with Amarok Technologies and Q-Wine kits for the Bretta, Levia, and TVO tests. These test kits are then run on a Guava easyCyte flow cytometer.
Abacus dx and eBottli are excited about their new collaboration to supply the innovative Q-Wine technology enabling Australian wine producers to maintain international wine quality standards and challenge the growing global demand for Australian wine.
Winemaking real-time monitoring by:
- Bretta Test to detect spoilage from Brettanomyces.
- Levia Test to count the total viability and vitality of the yeast population in less than 30 minutes.
- TVO Test counts the total microorganisms (yeast and bacteria) in wine before bottling after a 24-hour incubation period.
- Analyse the samples with the Guava easyCyte 5SL System.
